Mr. Tebogo Ditle
The company founder, Mr. Tebogo Ditle has 20 years of experience in the construction and civil design industry, further mining experience in tailings dams construction, design, optimisation and operations management in South Africa, Ghana, Mali, Ivory Coast and Guinea. Associated Member: South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE) – Water Engineering, Project Management and Geotechnical Engineering division.
His experience involves strategic projects, new business development, management of operational and technical risks posed by tailings operation, project management and concept design in tailings projects and management of design and manufacture of reclamation and related equipment, R&D projects, GIS systems inclusive of mapping, feasibilities studies, civil drawings drafting and designs and Technical reports, water reticulation and bulk water supply and related infrastructure, storm water and tar road designs.
